easy subscribe and go process.
📱 New Collaboration Features for Mobile Mechanics
- Mobile mechanics and their customers can now seamlessly collaborate with their customers through enhanced tools — including Simple Chat (Message from Maintenance Service records), Documentation Upload, and Service Record Sharing (Share between two users) — while continuing to receive automated maintenance reminders and updates.

| VIN Decoder on Research – Only need the VIN and Account Name to grab the details for the vehicle. |
| Create Vehicle button – After using the VIN Decoder or entering the Vehicle’s details you can create the Vehicle quickly using Track Vehicle. |

Year End Update
- Year End will calculate based on a different automation and are now easily created by admin users by updating the Run Year End Date/Time. Continue seeing yearly updates moving forward.
New Vehicle Features:
- Quickly create and track a Vehicle using the new Track Vehicle button only requiring the necessary details to create a vehicle record. Make changes later if needed.
New Trip Features
- New default Simple Trip Layout making Trips tracking easier to input.
- New Send Receipt feature: Send an email using the guest’s email with details of their trip: total amount and pay info as well as a description option to include additional notes to the email. Great for tow drivers, private rentals operators, and private mechanics who want to save on invoicing. Great for guests who needs an receipt for reimbursements.
New Research Features
- Quickly add VIN data from National Highway Traffic Safety Administration using the new Validate VIN button.
- Quick links into VIN’s View Current Market Prices and View KBB Price.
AutoDataIQ + is now the name of the AutoDataIQ AppExchange package found on Salesforce and will be per user/month rather than per company/month making subscriptions more affordable.

Support Chat Templates under myTechAssistant
Support Chat Templates allow Hosts to create pre-written messages for Support chat. This feature saves you time by letting you select a few details like the trip ID and issue type(s) to generate a ready-made response for Support Chat. Also now including a DOB field on the myHost account. No more typing out the same messages repeatedly!
